Production WORKER

Description:

Assembler

Contract Payrate: $13-13.30 - After 3 months Converted to Direct Hire:$16.80-19.30

• Under direct supervision, performs routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes.

• Performs basic assembly, fabrication, production, and operator tasks of a routine nature using the assigned tools and equipment. May perform simple measurement/test operations.

• Responsibilities could include, gluing, screwing and packing boxes

• This is a nonstop repetitive job

Forklift Driver

Contract Payrate: $15 - Converted to Direct Hire: $16.80-$19.30

• Load and unloading parts and units through the facility

• Operating sit down and or stand-up forklift

• Will be asked to operator on the assembly lines from time to time when help is needed.

Brazer

Contract Payrate: 14.15 - Converted to Direct Hire: $16.80-19.30

• Guide torches and rods along joints of workpieces to heat them to brazing temperature, melt braze alloys, and bond workpieces together.

• Melt and separate brazed or soldered joints to remove and straighten damaged or misaligned components, using hand torches, irons, or furnaces.

Machine Operator

Contract Payrate: 14.15 - Converted to Direct Hire: $16.80-19.30

• Sets-up and operates production machines such as press machines, expanders, etc. in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

• Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery.

• Adjust machine setting to complete tasks according to specification, accurately and in a timely fashion. Performs a variety of tasks.

• Mechanically inclined, high machine operation aptitude, trouble shooter

Qualifications:

• Hand and power tool experience - Attention to detail

• Ability to stand on feet for at minimum 8 hours a day

• Little experience in assembly, general labor, hand tools, production worker

• Entry level for Assembly / 1 year experience for Forklift, Machine operator and Brazing 6month experience in assembly, general labor, hand tools, production worker, Brazer.

Shift:

• 1st shift - 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• 3rd shift - 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Benefits & Perks:

• Can get converted to permanent after 3 months.

• Pay will increase to $17/hr once converted.
