Psychiatrist

Looking for a Psychiatrist to evaluate patients, preparespsychiatric assessments, and provides court testimony related to involuntarycommitment. They also respond to emergencies and maintain accurate medicalrecords.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and write program notes.

• Attend court hearings and provide expert testimony.

• Respond to emergencies (restraints, seclusions, injuries,etc.).

• Maintain comprehensive medical records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Illinois medical license.

• American Board Certification in psychiatry.

• Experience in psychological exams and treatment planning.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Prescriptive authority required.

• Patient population: Adults.

• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (nonights or weekends).
