    Responsibilities

    Responsible to the Nurse Manager/Director.

    Functions as the unit supervisor, clinical resource person, and responsible for nursing resource utilization.

    Assumes responsibility for unit operations for shift worked

    Qualifications

    Current licensure as Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas. BSN, or pursuit of BSN or higher degree required.

    Current employees in this role may be grandfathered in per approval of VP, PCS for the facility.

    A minimum of four years clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting or three years demonstrated leadership as a charge RN or PCC.

    Familiar with scheduling process, staffing assignments, acuity systems, and quality of care.

    Has developed and presented education sessions. Has contributed to employee evaluations and assisted with orientation of staff.

    Has experience investigating problems and provides solutions with- in the framework of best practice and nursing process.

    Pay Range

    $45.00hour
