    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Prepare sales quotes for customer inquiries as requested from customers and Heritage sales department.

    • Coordinate with production supervisors and service writers to ensure sales orders are accurate and complete so that invoices can be posted at the time of job completion and delivery.

    • Provide backup and support for shop supervisors to post sales/service invoices as needed.

    • Provide backup for ordering parts and outside vendor services as needed.

    • Manage used parts inventory and sales efforts.

    • Schedule shipping for completed builds and coordinate delivery and/or training with customers.

    • Work closely with service writers and purchasing/procurement personnel to ensure we have the right parts at the right time to complete jobs within the specified schedule.

    • Assist with WIP management to ensure that all jobs are completed and invoiced in accordance with company WIP guidelines.

    • Current Utah driver's license with a clean driving record.

    • Basic Accounting knowledge.

    • Experience with Microsoft Office products.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience within the work truck industry, automotive, and/or truck equipment service and repairs.

    • Experience with mechanical, electrical and upfitting.

    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
