As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to understand our products and services thoroughly, allowing you to provide tailored solutions to meet our clients' needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

    • Identify and prospect new customers, build relationships, and negotiate contracts.

    • Collaborate with the engineering team to understand technical specifications and communicate product benefits effectively.

    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

    • Provide technical support and solutions to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.

    • Travel to customer sites as needed to promote products and services.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

    • Proven experience in technical sales roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

    • Strong understanding of technical products and applications.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Willingness to travel as required.
