KUOW Puget Sound Public Radio is Seattle's NPR news station. We are an independent, nonprofit news organization producing award-winning journalism, podcasts, and events for the 3.9 million people in our coverage area. As a self-sustaining service of the University of Washington, our mission is to create and serve a more informed public.
KUOW has an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator who will lead the ongoing development of our ~~~ deployment. The ideal candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the ~~~ platform. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes including: Fundraising, Events, Volunteers, Marketing, and Consumer Engagement. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
The Salesforce Administrator is the process owner for KUOW's customer relationship management (CRM) system. The administrator will use CRM technologies to solve a wide variety of business problems across KUOW, including complex report development, end-user training and system governance. As a subject matter expert and technical specialist, this position both develops and executes technical solutions. The CRM System Administrator is part of a team responsible for developing data architecture; coding and configuring the CRM to provide needed functionality; and implementing data integrations, software updates, and plug-ins/add-ons. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and testing system operation; troubleshooting technical issues; managing users, roles, access and security; updating and documenting configuration and processes; developing compliance strategies; training users; and data hygiene.
