Are you an experienced Sanitation Worker who thrives in a Food Manufacturing environment? We are looking for hard-working people to join a Bakery Facilty team today in Van Nuys, Ca. salary: $17.49 - $17.5 per hour

shift: Second

work hours: 2:30 PM - 10:30 AM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Maintains all buildings by washing walls, ceilings, and floors, removing trash and disinfecting all refrigerator units, and cleaning the trash room.

• Performs washing and cleaning of equipment, proofers, freezers, and spiral coolers

• Performs maintenance cleaning of the exterior of the facility.

• Responsible for maintaining supplies such as paper products for bathrooms and towel dispensers in all buildings.

• Oversees storage of all cleaning supplies and disinfects equipment.

• Works to maintain and improve the quality, legality, and safety of each product and the processes used in their manufacture.

• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.

The essential functions of this role include

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
