SECRET Network Engineer

Job Description

A large government contractor is looking to build out a new infrastructure team and bring on 2 Network Engineers! The mission of this program is working on a ground infrastructure team building satellites from infancy to launching. This role will require a minimum secret clearance, but candidates must be eligible for a TS/SCI. The Network Engineer will build and maintain operations of a multi-user computer systems, virtual computer systems, COTS software products and perform Network Administration and System Administration tasks within the scope of the contract. The team is looking for hands-on individuals who are self-starters and looking for a role with collaboration, autonomy, and work-life balance. This program is not up for rebid until 2028 providing job security and a long-term position where individuals get to work with multiple product teams and get their hands dirty in many different tools & technologies. All work will be performed onsite in Longmont/Boulder, CO running off of 4 x 10 schedules with some weekend work needed. Skills and Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience with hands on Network Engineering experience

Familiarity with Cisco Nexus, ASA, FMC, ICE technologies for Software-Defined Networking

An active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance required Experience with Cisco ACI, TACACS, Cisco Ise

Experience with VMWare, solarwinds

Experience with asset management and supervising a network

Automation experience with ansible null
