Senior Project Manager

Description

• A civil engineering firm that offers land planning services around the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager. The Project Manager will be the "go to" person to help run the office and a variety of projects. Projects may include athletic facilities, residential subdivisions, commercial, environmental, and mixed-use properties. This is a hybrid opportunity that will mainly consist of office work; however, the candidate should be open to going out in the field to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing projects, timelines, and making sure work gets delegated and completed. Will be responsible for managing newer employees as well.

• Work with other CAD Team Members, Project Managers, and Project Engineers to understand scope of work, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in an Engineering related field.

• At least 10+ years of land development experience.

• PE strongly preferred.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD & Civil 3D.
