Service Technician

Description:

The service technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property in a safe, efficient, and quality manner. This position will assist in all phases of maintenance operations. The technician will be responsible for minor electrical and plumbing repairs as necessary. They will be fixing up customer units before a new one is leased out.

The service technician reports directly to the property manager and takes direction from the maintenance supervisor as assigned. This position will maintain working relationships with all other staff members, vendors, contractors, construction personnel; will maintain positive relationships with all current and prospective residents.

Shift:

8:00AM-4:30PM

Monday-Friday

On call one week per month

Pay:

$20-$22
