    Primary Responsibilities:

    Provides support for office and warehouse issues and accepts phone calls from sales employees and customers.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    1. Answers phone calls for the support desk and provides assistance for problems in the office and warehouse.

    2. Completes a variety of "special" assignments on an as needed basis. The assignments vary from data entry to working on project teams within and outside of the I.S. Department.

    3. Assists co-workers within the I.S. department to cover vacations, sick days, etc.

    4. Knowledge of and skill in using the computer.

    5. Skill in operating various office equipment, such as a personal computer,

    6. facsimile, telephone, and copy machine.

    7. Ability to communicate on the telephone with employees as well as outside customers.

    8. Ability to communicate with department managers, co-workers, and business contacts, in a courteous and professional manner.

    9. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

    10. Ability to check and correct own work.

    11. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
