  • Adecco is partnering with a commercial equipment manufacturer in search of a Technical Service Representative to represent their brand and products in Orange County, CA. This is a full time, permanent employment opportunity. If you meet the qualifications below, apply now.

    Responsibilities for the Technical Service Representative position include:

    • Responsible for customer tests, installation, and showcasing of the company's products and to assist in the creation of samples for customers.

    • Frequent traveling for the installation of equipment and inspection of machines, products, processes.

    • Responsible for customer tests, preparation for product testing, including purchasing ingredients, machine set up, quality control, and reporting in order to provide better quality of products by using company equipment.

    • Correspond to customer's questions/claims about anything technical by phone or email.

    • Arrange packing and shipping of samples, machines and parts.

    • Ensure all lab machines, equipment, supplies, ingredients, and area are kept clean and organized.

    • Submit trip reports (hand over certification with customer's signature and expense report)

    • Attend exhibitions, local seminars, etc. when necessary to showcase company products.

    • Send daily short reports to manager by email even if the manager is out the office and if on a business trip. Please cc all Technical Dept employees on all reports.

    • Correspond to customer's questions/claims about anything technical by phone or email.

    • Submit trip reports (hand over certification with customer's signature and expense report)

    • Order ingredients, supplies, etc.

    • Help with other office work.

    • Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

    • Maintains high ethical standards in the work place.

    • Maintains good communication with management, other staff, and outside contacts.

    • Complies with all company policies and procedures.

    • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.

    Qualifications

    • Associates degree (AA) of Bachelor's degree (B.A) from a two or four years college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

    • Experience in customer service is preferred.

    Salary and Benefits

    • Total compensation up to $47,000 in the first year

    • The company provides Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, and Paid Time Off

    • Expense Reimbursement

    Pay Details: $43,000.00 to $47,000.00 per year
