    Job Overview:

    APTIM is looking for a motivated and experienced professional in engagement, to join to join the Entergy Louisiana's Entergy Solutions Program. Reporting to the Program Director, this role will provide direct oversight and leadership for external communications with trade ally contractors and stakeholders. As the Program Administrator for the Entergy Louisiana energy efficiency program, APTIM is responsible for designing and managing program operations; measuring, tracking, and reporting results; marketing, outreach, and community engagement; and providing engineering and technical resources. Entergy Solutions is an incentive program available to all Entergy Louisiana electric customers. The program provides cash incentives to customers for making improvements to residential and commercial buildings that will reduce electricity usage.

    APTIM is looking for a motivated and experienced Trade Ally Liaison . The ideal candidate will have experience with utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs and have a strong field support and relationship-based background with excellent time management skills, key collaboration and oversight of trade allies to engage with the program, including outbound communication and efforts to market the energy efficiency programs. The Trade Ally Liaison will collaborate with the internal team, the client, program partners, utility customers, and stakeholders. In this role, the Trade Ally Liaison will support community outreach and stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring broad program awareness and participation across the service territory.

    Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

    • Lead relationships with trade allies, stakeholders to source content including: program management, customer support, marketing, and engineering.

    • Work as part of an energy efficiency team ensuring that trade allies and customers are aware of the program, identifying energy-savings opportunities, and assisting with program participation.

    • Develop and lead presentations promoting energy efficiency on behalf of the program at various conferences, community events, or professional organizations.

    • Work with the Program Director, Outreach Lead, Events Coordinator, other team members, partners, and the client to develop outreach campaigns with trade allies.

    • Assistance with completing project application submissions from trade allies, customers, engineers/consultants, and other program participants to ascertain compliance with program guidelines and procedures.

    • Assist in developing Trade Ally Portal for streamlining interaction with Trade Allies.

    • Facilitate and coordinate Trade Ally trainings.

    • Onboard new Trade Allies with documentation, initial training, and review applications for joining our program.

    • Develop quarterly newsletter to Trade Allies for program developments and updates.

    • Organize Trade Ally Advisory Group (TAAG) meetings.

    • Organize and maintain a regular call log to Trade Allies.

    • Maintain, update, and add entries to the system databases accurately.

    • Direct communications with trade ally contractors and customers.

    • Identifying and implementing process improvements.

    • Frequent day travel or occasional overnight.

    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    • Ensure compliance with all APTIM quality and safety policies as well as all OSHA regulations.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience.

    • Previous sales, customer service, or customer management experience.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute building and maintaining relationships.

    • Strong communication skills, experience with customer engagement and coordination.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyse situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions.

    • Strong quantitative, analytical, and decision-making capabilities with good attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

    • Able to work effectively and professionally in both a team and autonomously.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.

    • Experience with CRM systems and tracking databases.

    • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.

    • Ability to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management team.

    • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

    • Advanced written and oral communication skills, and presentation skills.

    • Valid driver's license with clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.

    Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1+ years' program/project management experience related to energy program management, implementation, electric or natural gas utility industry, or administrative oversight.

    • Experience in the energy efficiency field with specific technical knowledge related to the installation of energy efficiency products and services.

    • Basic understanding of energy efficiency technologies and energy-saving solutions including, lighting, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.

    • Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics platform or similar database.
