• Utilize Webflows design and animation features to craft stunning, pixel-perfect websites. Push the boundaries of what is possible with interactions and CMS.

• Translate technical jargon into digestible solutions for clients. Provide clear explanations of the "why" behind the "how."

• Guide clients through the Webflow experience with clear, concise, and friendly language. Build trust and rapport with empathy and enthusiasm.

• Thrive in a team environment, bouncing ideas off colleagues and supporting other designers as needed.

• Think creatively to find creative solutions to design challenges and user flow roadblocks.

• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new Webflow features and trends. Share your knowledge and insights with the team.

Bonus Points if you

• Have experience with other design software like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Understand basic HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript concepts.

• Possess excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Take initiative and are initiative-taking in identifying and solving problems.
